I see problems in the marketing of luxury properties. Certain beautiful luxury homes linger on the market, and others ultimately sell, but for less than they’re worth. The reason is that some properties are listed before they are “market ready”.
I approach real estate from a different perspective; expertly pinpointing presentation problems before a property is marketed, or remarketed. My success is in part due to helping sellers become “market ready”. Buyers start their search online and will make up their mind about your home in less than a minute. We want buyers to feel home and think, “This is it…This is the one.”
I specialize in waterfront and luxury home sales. Most of my sales expired with prior agencies without selling. I relisted and sold many of them, in less than half the marketing time on average of the prior unsold listing period.
